Australia:
We offer free, trackable Australia Post express shipping for orders over $100. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Missing Parcels:
If an attempted delivery is made, and there is no one at the delivery address, Australia Post will leave a card at the address with information on where to retrieve your parcel from. However, we highly recommend using your provided tracking information to keep an eye on the progress of your delivery just in case your Australia Post card is misplaced or simply not received. This tracking information will keep you in the loop with up to date information on the status of your delivery.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived at it’s destination in the timeframe expected, please call Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. We also recommend visiting your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you.
International:
We do not offer free international shipping.
$20 for Australia Post International Standard shipping.

Customs fee and import restrictions:
Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or import fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to research these fees and/or restrictions that are applicable and pay the incurred charges. We send all parcels through Australia Post and suggest that you check your country in the first instance at www.auspost.com.au. We also recommend contacting your local government body prior to ordering. e.g. customs & excise.
Payment Of Duty Fees For International Parcels
If your parcel is stopped by customs for the payment of duties, you will be contacted directly by customs authorities. We highly recommend using your provided tracking information to keep an eye on the progress of your delivery to be aware of any pending customs duties. Once your parcel lands in your country, we advise you to then start using your national postage tracking service for shipment updates with more detailed information on the status of your delivery.
